This tour will take you approximately 50 kilometres from Riga to Sigulda County, which is famous for its uniquely beautiful surroundings and history.

The main object of the tour in the Turaida Museum Reserve is Turaida Castle (built in 1212) and the exhibitions located in its buildings, towers and territory. We will also visit legend-enwrapped Gutmanis Cave, the largest cave in the Baltics, which up until the 19^th century was an ancient cult site. Especially for our guests there will be a performance by a folklore group, and it will be possible to purchase various articles made by Latvian craftsmen.
