ACCOMMODATION
Six hotels have been selected for the accommodation of participants: Radisson Blu Daugava, Reval Hotel Ridzene, Reval Hotel Latvia, Reval Hotel Elizabete, Islande Hotel.
Islande Hotel is approximately a 5 minute walk from the session venue – the International Exhibition Centre (IEC). All other hotels are located approximately a 10 - 20 minute drive away. Please find attached a map of the city centre.
Transportation will be provided between the hotels and the session venue and for all social events.
Hotel reservations should be made by using the attached form, which should be sent to the relevant hotel; a copy for information purposes should be sent by fax or e-mail to:

Hotel booking conditions:
- Reservation deadline: 1 March 2010;
- After the above-mentioned date, accommodation cannot be guaranteed at the contracted rate;
- Bookings will be processed in order of arrival and are subject to availability;
- Credit card details and signature must be provided to guarantee the reservations.
Hotel cancellation policy:
- No charges will be made for cancellations before 2 April 2010.
- 25% of the booked stay will be charged for cancellations made between 3 April and 27 April 2010.
- 50% of the booked stay will be charged for cancellations made between 28 April and 6 May 2010.
- 75% of the booked stay will be charged for cancellations made between 7 May and 13 May 2010.
- 100% of the booked stay will be charged for cancellations made between 14 May 2010 and the start of the session.
- In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the full booking amount at the confirmed rate.
