We invite you to indulge in an unforgettable adventure and, under the guidance of the three best and most attractive chefs in Riga (Māris Jansons, Mārtiņš Sirmais, Ēriks Dreibants), to yield to gastronomic passions. In the morning, we offer you an opportunity to become an ordinary city dweller who visits the Riga Central Market, one of the largest and oldest markets in Europe, to taste farmers’ products that have been brought to Riga from the various regions of Latvia. During the second part of the tour, we invite you to make new discoveries and, together with the three chefs, to learn to bake traditional Latvian bacon rolls, make the layered Latvian rye bread dessert and discover other interesting facts about the Latvian national cuisine.
