During the tour, Astrīda Rogule, an art historian, will introduce you to the diversity of Latvian art in a chronological sequence. The historical values of the National Museum of Art, which have inspired past and present artists, will be shown to you first. After that, you will enjoy a tour of the Latvian National Opera and see its magnificent interior. The tour will be followed by a special concert performed by the best singers. Finally, you will be taken to the reconstructed old warehouse area, Spīķeri, where you will have an opportunity to see how art and culture coexist with the turbulent daily life of the 21century.
